Thinking about doing it. Found out from a friend locally that he knows someone with a GT500 front and rear bumber and rear spoiler that's just been sitting in their shed and they might be willing to sell it. Obviously then I'd need to pick up the other parts, but wondering what that might end up costing me. Anyone have a general idea (what was your total bill if you converted yours?).

Also, does the GT500 spoiler cover both bolt holes on the GT trunk lid? I seem to recall reading it actually only uses two bolts vs. the four on the GT spoiler, but uses 3M to hold a large portion of it down. Anything different needed for the rear bumper cover??

conversion cost me about $1700 total with paint. lots of guys think just the bumper is needed to convert. lots of other things that go along with it.

Yes, it covers all four holes but only uses two screws towards the back of the spoiler and the front is held on by 3M tape.

I knew it was more than bumper. They look great. Thinking in the end I might just be better with an aftermarket bumper.

Mine came in around $1800 with paint and parts. Not sure if the prices have changed, but that's a pretty safe estimate I think.

You don't always have to get it all at once, sometimes piecing it together is the best way if you really want it.

did mine for a little less than $1,500 but I got some hook ups. $1,700 to $1,800 is what it's going to cost you. It's not a cheap mod.
