How to polish T304 exhaust?

I got a used set of Pypes Bombs exhaust which used to be powder coated Black but now it's all removed.

How can I polish to have a mirror finish?

Just sand paper or something like mothers powerball and their metal polish?

If you know someone with a pipe and tube sander it makes things much faster btw.

That link is the sweat and time consuming way, it can be done a hell of a lot quicker with a polishing wheel and rouge. Why not let a chrome shop polish it? Better quality less work. Where in NJ you located? I can give you recommendation if need be.
