In building a motor (Build Thread), I purchased a block thinking it would be a good start for a strong build. Upon receiving it, and researching the casting number, I can't find much about it, sans other people asking "What is my block?"
Cast number is RFXE-6015 2277099
There appear to never have been sleeves because the walls between cylinders look too thick
There are lots of handwritten notes on it, along with other weird numbers which aren't usually present
It had been drilled for 3v heads, and the guy from whom I bought it said he didn't do it. That's not real evidence proving anything, just a curiosity of mine. It looks like it was performed a lot more precisely than with a drill like a DIY job would be.
Here's the date code (August 31, 1998)

So, does anyone know anything about these blocks? I'm not using it for my build due to the many unknowns. Now I'm curious to find out what it is since it's sitting in the shop.
Sleeveless?
Handwriting?
I'm thinking experimental block #325 of a series.
