Intercooler

Anyone know of a upgrade to the intercooler on the 5.4. Not talking about the heat exchanger by the radiator, I mean the part that goes under the blower. I think our 25 pounds of boost got the best of mine.

no one that I know of has done it. a few have looked into it but IIRC have not found any great solution to an upgrade.

What HE are you using?

I read about how one place (I'll have to find out who) was looking into it, but there physically isn't anymore room to make a larger unit, unlike the 03-04 cobras. They did figure out a slight modification that opened up more of the intercooler, as about 3" of the end of it is covered. They detailed it on their forum.
