Ever since I installed my longtube headers, sometimes my car will hesitate and miss really bad at lower rpms (under 3000). I figured it was a problem with the O2 sensors but they have all been sorted and Im not throwing any codes. No CEL or anything. I recently installed a Paxton 1200sl and hoped that the problem would go away after changing so much on the engine but it is still there. I heard that I may have pinched or tweaked a vacuum line behind the engine when I jacked up the motor to install the longtubes. Is it possible to have an intermittent vacuum leak?

Well sure. Spray some starter fluid or brake cleaner around the engine and if the engine hesitates or wants to stall, you found your leak.

From what I've read, you may also want to check for pinched O2 sensor wires, which appears to be a common problem when dicking around with headers.
