I opted for K1 H beam rods for my current build. These were recommended by Jordan at Modular Head Shop. They claim width and journal tolerances are +/- .0001 and weight matched +/- 1 gram, ARP2000 7/16" rod bolts, and prices about the same as Manley. A lot of LS guys and big block guys seem to have pretty good luck, and the only failure I have seen was on a Mazda protege forum.
I am however having second thoughts about running them. As far as I know the company is also owned by Wiseco. I was also told by MHS that these are the strongest shelf stocking rods and recommended them over a set of Manley.
Just looking for any input. My goal is 700rwhp on e85, and 6cc wiseco pistons.
