LCA Relocation Bracket Welding?

I have a set of the bolt in units (I will hopefully get installed this year). Once I have them installed, I plan to take them to a welding shop my friend owns and have him weld them up. Is there a preferred or recommended way to weld these? Should they be tack welded, stitch welded, fully welded?

I would fully weld them or at least stitches 1" long... tack welding will not hold them.
