I cringe every time I need to jack up my '09 GT. Can't believe this is first I've seen these. So I can put the floor jack under the center of the rail, lift up that side of the car, and then place jack stands at the front and rear?

Yup.
The only issue I've found is it's best to do it on cement, since if lifting on warm/soft asphalt the jack wheels dig in and don't roll anymore as the car is being lifted, causing the jack pad to slide on the jacking rail. That was a sphincter-clenching moment, and a lesson learned.
Only lifting it in the garage from now on.

Thanks much for the replies. Got a concrete driveway, so I should be set!

Now I gotta move quick to get these on my Christmas list...

Those are pretty cool and...always in place. Hate remembering where I throw mine after using. :D
