Looking good, I bet you can't wait to get it on the car.

I can't stop thinking about how im going to route everything and the install. If it wasnt so late and dark out I would be messing with it still lol

Okay so first off this morning I installed the new rad pipe. Install was pretty straight foward. Here are some pics.

Theres about 1/2" clearance between the rad pipe and alt pulley. I wiggled it as much as i could and it didnt hit the alt pulley which is always a good thing lol

Next i started cutting the 3" pipe that came with the kit so i can make it work and route it over to the passneger side instead.

Cleaned up the cut with a dremel

Did some more mocking up, the first part with the 90 degree pipe will go right from the tb and 90 silicone coupler angles it down.

I like the radiator cross over, really cleans up the front of the engine bay. I'm guessing that's part of the ON3 kit?

I already have the 2 90 degree silicone couplers for that lower piece from the pipe i cut to make the bends from the intercooler and up into the engine bay. Now all i need is about 12 inche piece of 3" staight pipe to connect the two together, and in this pipe is where i will mount the maf. Theres gonna be about 18-20" of straight tubing before the maf.

Just looking at the way that cold tubing is routed, I would really try and get all the hotside on there first. The charge pipes are just a lot easier to modify like you are to put your custom twist on it. I just dont want to see you get all that new stuff fabbed and the exhaust routes where you have your cold side. Just a heads up

The Thermo-cool sleeve is for that other radiator tube that went along the front of the radiator out of the coolant overflow

Thanks for the advice! yeah i though about that too, so nothing is final on this stage just getting the basic routing and idea down. I am routing this pipe basicly where the stock rad fan/shroud would normaly be, so its out of the way. Its going foward of the upr rad support delete, where as the hot side down pipe goes aft of that between the engine and the brace.

BTW i called/left a voicemail and sent you guys an email about needing the instructions.
