Any opinions on a good road race rim at a decent price? The SVT rims I have are way too heavy to be running on the track. I'd prefer an 18x10 or 18x10.5 that weighs less than 25#. Thanks for any input, pics, or links.

the 99-04 starfish wheels are 17lbs each.....very light!
They are of course only 17x8's......

But you can get a whole set with tires for less than 400 bucks lol

The forged rim wheels from TSW will work for you. I just got a set in 20" I weighed the 20x10.5 and it weighed 24.5 lbs. The 18"s are lighter yet.

I'm running the GT500 Brembo's FYI.
Thanks for the leads so far fellas. I prefer black rims, but I can always get them powdercoated black, if they're too good to pass up.

These would be great options, but they're not built wide enough. I need at least an 18x10 but prefer an 18x10.5 or 18x11. Thanks for looking though, I appreciate it.

Running the GTC01's and they are a great wheel for the money, close to forged weights for cast money.
These are beautiful wheels, but still a little more than I want to spend. Thanks for the input man.

18x10 to clear brembos..hmmm (this is what im ussing and i run an extra set for my DD) I have GT500 Brembos as well I have the 18x9 with 275 all the way around but will be using the 18x10 with 285 all the way around - 99-04 offset clears the Brembos perfectly.
