Ok I moved the top of radiator about 1" forward by drilling new holes which gave me some good clearance. Here is a mock up, let me know which one you guys like more.

Version 2 (I obviously put a little more effort on this one lol):

Personally I like the second one best of the two, but I also dont think you are going to gain anything temp wise by moving it.

I have no problems with temp honestly. It's more just cosmetic reasons.

I like the 2nd one. It looks like it'd hit the hood when closed though. Could just be the angle of the photo.

Hood closes, the box didn't collapse but it wasn't secured in place either so I dunno.

Try placing a piece of chewed gum, modeling clay, playdough, silly putty, etc., on the tank cap then close the hood. If it sticks to the hood then you have a clearance issue. Do the same to the tank in a couple spots just to make sure everything clears.

Ok here is Version 3. Basically 20-30% smaller version of the Moroso plus the needed clearance by the throttle elbow.

Looks awesome. There is nothing like having a part custom made. Gets you exactly what you want.

Yes the top has been tilted forward good 1/2-1". Did this by drilling new holes to the upper brackets.

Tank was $150.

Looks good, glad it fits.
I'm working on Powdercoated valve covers/breather catch can setup that have 12an all around. They are baffled inside both catch can and valve covers. Getting rid of those ugly barbs and the check valve.
