Finally getting some miles on my car for the year. I put an Aeromotive Stealth fuel pump in over the winter. Heavy acceleration is causing a zero fuel pressure condition for a couple hundred milliseconds at a time per the data log. I noticed it yesterday at lunch and then logged it. Less than 1/4 tank of fuel at the time, so I have since filled up thinking maybe the pump was just getting starved of fuel. The same condition exists, just not to the same extent.

Anyone ever had this happen before and if so, what did you find as a root cause for the problem?

Is there anything else going on during this time? What's the wideband showing when it happens?

.85 lambda. 100% fuel pump commanded. No knock. Everything else looks like it should on the log. It just drops to zero fuel pressure and then comes right back. I have all of the fuel cuts disabled in the tune and traction control is off as well.

sounds like you need to tune for the pump. voltage table and your gains.

your gains will control the fluctuating pressure.
