Crash in/on either and you will likely die. IMO, you're splitting hairs.

Ive seen plenty of people walk away from bike wrecks. I dont see anyone walking away from a wreck in that jeep. The vibe is cool, but living through an accident is cooler. I mean look at the video, what would have happened had one of those cars from the side streets pulled out? Every one has a different idea of whats cool.

It doesn't have seat belts either, if I'm not mistaken. The wind shield is just held up by a few bolts and be said it moves bad a couple of inches when he gets going pretty fast lol
