I have a temp gun. What temp is the right temp

You want even temperature across the tread, not a specific number.
- Low temp in the middle and high on the edges = pressure too low
- High temp in middle, low temp on edges = pressure too high.

Read the links wbt posted.
I have read that article an mentioned that I knew bias ply and slicks need special care, what I was asking is if my radials are the same. Many people rock et street radials as a street tire so I'm thinking they don't fit the same category as a hoosier race tire

I always treat any brand of tire the same as I believe it's about taking care of the rubber aspect.

I always dismount and lay flat on wood in a climate controlled or cool dark( basement) place. Never on concrete.

I also store them with air pressure in them and cover them with towels

Not slicks but prob the best thread to ask this
I have read different things regarding storing radial and bias ply drag tires in the winter due to temp and softness etc
I have a set if et street radials that I'm not sure on how to take care of. They are currently at 20 psi I think standing vertically in the garage (as if they were on the car)
I live near Toronto (Canada) so it gets quite cold here. What's my best bet for keeping them as good as they were this year for me.
Should I lay them flat, should I throw them in the basement, what psi?

I've always let out all of the air and stacked them flat.
