Do you mean slave cylinder? If so they're a waste of money. The stock stuff when shimmed correctly have proven to work flawlessly under the most extreme of situations.

What's adjustable about it? Pedal feel or travel?

The actual assembly is adjustable. You have to know all your dimensions as you put everything back together. Then you screw in or out to get just the right clearance. There are a bunch of you tube how to vids.
