N.C. guys with cats deleted

Anybody? Wondering what can get by the computer system in n.c. inspections with a cool shop.Am I gonna have to put cats back on and flash back to tune with rear 02's back on or is nc system not looking at that.

as soon as the car is tuned the emissions will not pass. so having an or x or h pipe will def not pass
