New 4.6 3v build help troubleshooting startup

Anyone ever had left and right bank plugs look different? Firing my motor now and we are seeing this. Speculation is cam on drivers side is 180 out as plugs had fuel on them and looked like they had never sparked but passengers were black rich and we were smelling fuel too.

If the cam was that far off, the engine wouldn't even fire. One or both of your cams could be a tooth or two off though.

Would that show up on compression check?

3V's have been started and idled with a cam at 180.

Compression may give you a picture, if constantly different, will need to remove the valve covers and start turning, and turning... lol

One other check before is see if the trigger is firing the drivers cop then compression check
