We have stock of several Ford 4.6L Aluminum blocks that will work with 2v, 3v, or 4V applications. These blocks are Ford part #3L2Z-6010-AA used in 03/04 Mach 1 and Lincoln Aviator. These blocks are similar in design to the factory 05+ production block that now retails for over $2,300 new from Ford! However you can get this block at a fraction of the cost! Team JDM is offering these while available for $799.00 each plus S&H. CALL US TODAY AT 732-780-0770
Some have said these blocks are for Naturally aspirated applications being as the Mach and Aviator were both N/A vehicles. When supercharging the Mach everyone would say keep the power level under 500 HP. So many associated the block with a limited power rating. Ford does not power rate their engine blocks, so there is no rating. What I can tell you is over the years we have used these blocks in many applications N/A, Nitrous, Supercharger, or Turbo! We have worked with other shop across the country who have produced much more than 500 HP with these blocks. With good forged internals we would rate these blocks capable of 700+HP or more. I have reports from a shop in florida who has this in a 4V application making over 700 RWHP now for a few years with our 298 rotating group!! So we do have some real world insight to these and we are confident to use these as an alternative to the 4.6L 05+ Mustang production block.
