well was up at MIR for a track rental and although im having issues with my 3rd gear in the auto downshifting on its own accord at 115 mph speractly i was still able to clock of a new PB. well actually 2 from my previous i have had a long 1.5 days of travel from middle TN to MD then an added 5.5 hrs up to north NJ for the next week im beat.. When the pics and videos get loaded on the other site i will link them over in this thread..
old best was a 11.245@121
my 1st pass got a 11.37@ 127 ( i lifted the front tire and bogged down got off and laid into it but it bounced the rev limiter at the top so i got off at the last min might have trapped higher....
second pass netted me my best to date
11.10@121 this one i was told i lifted both tires i launched alittle lighter but 2nd i let off a tad to not bounce the limiter it shifted when 3rd got to redline i had to do the same i lifted 2 quick times as it wanted to redline 2x...
third pass was a 11.211@120 (i can not recall i lifted both or just one on this) same way as above
Tech Specs is any ones wanting to know
-pretty much worn out mt et streets 275/50/15 set at 15 psi
-qa-1's set to L5 R6
-race weight was 3800 on there scale
-highest boost level reached for the day was 17.7 but most runs were 17.4 ( 1.3 higher then last 1.4 attempts down in TN)
-93 oct no race gas or booster
-Transmission issues causeing me to have to let off every gear 2nd and 3rd to allow it to shift to not bounce off limiter..
pretty sure thats it for me for this season next friday when i drive back down I will be dropping it back of at the tuners shop to get several needed ugrades and the trans prob worked out ...
