New personal best Friday night @ royal purple raceway. Great weather good crowd. All passes made with the following mods: air raid Cai, o/r x pipe to Flowmaster axle back w/ Flowmaster 60 series mufflers. Tuned by Strictly Performance. Passes made on 93 octane tune. Also using Mickey Thompson 18" drag radials on stock wheels. Race weight w/ me in car was 3805 lbs. 2012 mustang auto, stock 3.15 gears.

Good runs for a relatively stock 5.0L/6R80. Time for a converter for solid mid-11's every pass...

If the track you run typically preps good I'd go ahead and get the converter. I was cutting consistent low 1.60 60' times on all stock suspension with a best of 1.60 but I was on a 275/60-15 Nitto 555R at the time. Congrats on the times!!!
