How so? His username is "Saleen wannabe" and he specifically states he has all the Saleen goodies instead of saying he has a Saleen. The paint doesn't look like any Saleen I have seen.

I'm not busting his balls, I am just curious.

its not real. I used to have a "stock saleen clone" with stock saleen wheels and silver fade stripes but i got bored with that and made a local shop make the red ones then i got the seats and painted the dash and got the rims like 2 weeks ago. So no its not real...its as real as i could get though lol. I have out run a few real 05 and 06 saleens though lol so i dont mind.

I just figured it would be cheaper to just buy a Saleen then to get all of the parts, paint, and install. Then I figured with his name he was just being modest. Such as someone with a 10 sec car having a name like slow3v on their license plate.

sad truth...AFTER i got everything done....i found a black 05 saleen, just like the one i just build...for 32k....about a grand less then what i spent on my car and the parts lol. Oh well, now i wont feel bad about modding the crap out of a limited production car....thats what i keep telling myself haha
