you get a good deal? I know in my area home prices are still way low, i know many agents and contractors.

It all just fell into place. We Actually bought it from a couple my fiancé knows who needed a bigger house cause they are having twins and already have one kid. Anyways they were just selling it for what they owed, which was 141,000. It appraised for 168,000, so I feel that we did get a good deal on it.

you done well if you can buy and have equity. it took a while for home values to rise again, but are slowley rising now, for sure a buyers market.
