Ok, got a turbo and built motor installed but need a tuner..

Can i get a little more info on this remote tune?? how does it work? I have a local dyno that would probably let me pay for a couple pulls to have Lund tune it!

You get a base tune file - load it

Dyno pull w/ data logs

email data log to Lund (any tuner)

revised/tweaked tune emailed back

upload update tune

dyno pull w/ logs

email logs...... repeat until done.

If you ever are in the Houston area after you have that turbo doing all it can do, I need to get you together with my buddy. He has a built 01' Z06 with an 88mm, the turbo is maxed out...1200 rwhp. Would be a great friendy dash.

There is also EFI Logic's in CT

I'm confident in each of these guys ability's to tune the car. Perhaps give them a call, and see how comfortable they are with your setup.

My tune is from Pete, and I know he's tuned 800+ RWHP cars before.

Personally, and this is not dissing lund or lito, I think you have the talent in the area to get your car tuned from a local guy.

Lund remote tuned (on a dyno) mine with its prior owner to 967 whp

so if I use a local dyno, do I have to make sure they have SCT software as well?

Yes, you would want to call and verify which type tuner they prefer to use but the majority of tuners do use SCT.

I don't think so. If u r just renting the dyno and u r doing the pulls,,u would need a laptop with the SCT software and a handheld, as well as Internet access

Cool. Thanks for the suggestions guys. I'll have numbers up soon. I got about a weeks worth of stuff to fix on the car and I'll have her ready for the rollers, then off to the chassis shop for a stealthy cage then track!

+1 for Dez, Or if you do decide to use someone else fly them in there, You have a ton of money tied up and dont skimp on the most important part!

Thanks for the compliments guys. This project is almost done. I actually know Mike Dez fairly well, I'm not sure if this is something he'd want to tackle but I could be wrong. I have dual injectors with there own fuel pump and computer controlling them to inject E98. Whatever tuner I use has to make this play well with the factory electronics and that's gonna have to be someone who is very familiar with the factory electronics. I'll give him a shout though I'd be curious what he has to say.
