Ok so this is the second time my car has shown this. Says no data available. Anyone know what it's for? Feels like it's wasting a bit more gas too.. Also, it's the second time it gets this code.. First time I was instructed to just clear it because it's a "ghost" code. Can anyone verify? And how do I get rid of it?

Ok will do I will try it. Will it affect my MPG's? It did start wasting a bit more than normal. Also, why does it happen?

P050E - Cold Start Engine Exhaust Temperature Out of Range

Possible Causes:
Intake air restriction
Exhaust restriction
Engine Mechanical Concern
Damaged or Sludged ETB
Vacuum Leaks
Damaged PCM

It is strictly an informational code. If you have no other concerns and everything seems fine clear it and keep driving

K so I reset it and then a couple days later it popped back on. Then once again it was reset a couple days ago (3-4 days ago) and today just a little while ago it popped back on. Same code. Any idea on what's going on?
