So I'm getting my engine bay powder coated - I can't decide what color to do my intake, valve covers and turbo hat

I'm doing all the following flat black
Coldside
Alternator cover
Water cross over
Intercooler

I can't decide if I want the rest of it flat black or to do a hammertone on like a silver

Intake
Valve covers
Fuel rails
Turbo cold side

Can someone help me with a photoshop? Maybe some ideas

Depends what you are going for. Trying to make it pop or what? I'd do like charcoal crinkle just because I'm boring.

I think silver hammertone, like 05stroker has in his bay, for the intake and cam covers would look good with all the black.

Personally, I like to keep things simple in the engine bay. Leave most of the flash to the exterior and give a mean "race car" look to the engine bay with simple colors. If it were mine, I'd paint the intake, turbo piping, valve covers, and alternator cover satin black. With just the slightest amount of gloss mixed in the black paint.

To give a nice contrast, I would keep the fuel rails red. Then any other smaller lettering, such as a decal that you may want to put on the intake, should be the same deep red as well. I always prefer minimum contrast colored pieces, as it's easy to go over board.

This is just my personal preference though. Hope it helps your decision!

Really appreciate it!

Not a problem. Suffering from insomnia between client work. I still have the Photoshop file masked out and saved so if you come up with other color combos just let me know. I masked out each part individually so if you're feeling particularly wild and want to mix it up I can do that too.

Feeling wild? BOOM! It's a fuckin' rainbow. SKITTLES MOTHAFUCKAAAAAAA.
