Proper pinion adjustment???

Forgive me but I have tried searching but just havnt found all the info Im looking for. Can anybody help me on rear end suspension setups... I have BMR tublar lower control arms and the adjustable upper third link, this is a street strip car so it is poly bushings not spherical. How do I properly set the rear pinion angle for best traction and no bind but also not to stiff for the street (harshness)? Do i need to can the solid lowers and get them adjustable as well? Im looking to lower '60 times as I am getting a best of 1.89 on 275 60 15 nitto's with 15 psi. My buddies 03 termi with stock IRS same tire goes 1.50's, thats where I loose...... Any help is a thanks. If you have a DIY I missed please lead me in that direction...

Is that -2 for manuals? I thought the auto's were supposed to target a -3 or -4.
