Quick Timing Chain Question

Right now I am in the process of installing a cam drive kit on my car, I'm at the point where I can start reassembling. I would like someway of verifying the timing is correct on my set-up. I followed the directions on american muscle, just looking for verification and clarification on their instructions. Attached below is what I have set now.

That appears to be correct. I would double check #1 is at TDC while on the compression stroke though before putting the cover back on, if you haven't already.
