Raptor Shiflight install Cant get it to power up from under hood fusebox

See, I'm a pretty tall guy, so when I had it up there it was pointing right in my eyes. I'm looking at either mounting it in the center of the gauge cluster or getting another SOS pillar and mounting it in the Raptor Claw.

Still looking for a better mounting solution though for the 5.0.

I'd love to mount it between the 2 vents in the 12V AUX, but I can't seem to figure out how to make it look good and function. I'd need to remove the "flap" and create some sort of mount that would sit flush. I'm not very good at fabricating.

Best idea i have seen is inside the vent pods.

Not bad. I've seen people mount it in the power point above the radio and that was pretty cool. I like mine just being mounted on my Speed of Sound A-Pillar pod with the Raptor Claw.
