Removing Procharger

What can stay on the car that won't need to come off? As in the fan and the coolant tank? I'm guessing these things wont matter if they stay. I'm new to all this so if these sound like dumb questions excuse me lol. Can I get away with just removing the piping, intercooler, and head unit/bracket? Thanks

Yes, I will be removing my head unit and bracket this weekend to replace a bad idler pulley bearing. I have removed my shit several times. No issues.
