I ask a lot of fitment questions, but I can't find a clear answer, put my wheels on and I have to find something to fill in the wheels, those stock brakes just don't cut it.
So will the 6 piston GT500 brakes fit my Roush wheels?

Ok, because I know they clear 6 pistons by Roush and Baer. But can't find anything on them clearing the 6 piston brembos.

Yes, but are those setups with 14" or 15" rotors? I'm thinking those are 14", hence why an 18" is more likely to clear. There will be very few 18" wheels that clear 15" brakes.

cheers

It's possible, those BBS and some of the wheels that Vorshlag sells will clear, but the barrel and spokes have to be shaped just right for it to happen. I know those Roush wheels have pretty generous brake clearance, you may have to test fit one on another car with those brakes to find out for sure if nobody here has tried them.

Measure the barrel I.D. at the hub face and post it here. I'll do the same on the 18x10 CF5 I confirmed will fit:

Also, look at the other pictures here - may give you an idea about whether or not yours will fit.

Which Roush wheels do you have, the forged or cast? I believe the forged have a little more clearance but doubt even they would clear 15" rotors. I put the 14" 4P 2015 GT brakes on my car and have about a 1/4 to half inch of clearance on the rim. Which means an extra 1" in diameter is dang close to too much. I don't know the size differences between the 13-14 GT500 6P and 2015 4P for sure but other sites have indicated they are close in size. Someone send the 6P's and I'll give them a shot! ;)

Just get the 4 piston takeoffs. There really is no need for the 6 piston unless you just like to spend extra money. The 4 pistons are more then enough for almost every car.

I just bought the M-2300-t brakes from Steve Powell at Tasca, they require 19" wheels. Go to their website and I believe they list the wheels compatible with those brakes.
