no its not thats a milwaukee. those are good for using on low torque items that you want to take off faster than a wrench but the snap ons are much stronger. its funny you posted that because on of my co workers bought that one making fun of me for spending over 500 on mine ( i think that one was 400 something at the time) and his was ball less compared to mine.
