I have an 06 mustang with a Hellion turbo kit with a 76mm turbo making 6.5 pounds of boost and 390rwhp. I was wondering what spark plugs I should run and what they should be gapped at?

At that power level you should be fine with the stock plugs gapped at .035-.030. I know the Brisk Racing 3VR17YS, which is the stock heat range plugs say they are good to 450hp. Maybe someone who has similar power levels will know better. Also I have a used set of the brisk I would sell for $40 shipped. They v=can be gapped with a normal spark plug tool.

Autolite ht1's (stock heat range) gapped to .032. Check rockatuo.com for the best price and dont forget to google the 5% discount code. I would stay away from brisk for the 3v.

Sorry to hijack, but didn't want to start another thread and I've searched. I just got my plugs in yesterday (NGK 7554). I gapped them at .033". I'm running an M90 blower and have a 2.57" pulley (7.5ish#?) going on in the next day or two. Sufficient?

Yes, they are very good plugs imo. With NGK the heat range 7 are colder than 6. You have the 7 range plugs.

Yeah, that and the Motorcraft were the only colder plugs I could find and it seems everyone with the newer heads go NGK, so why defy the proven. I was referring to gap for my setup.

I have a M90 on my 2010...but with oem 73mm pulley. Boost is 5.8 psi..and plugs gapped to .035". VMP tells me with the 2.57, 2.55 or 2.49 pulley, boost will be up to 8 psi..and plugs should be gapped at .032".

I was stupid enough to order the FRPP plugs when I put newer heads on. Surprise, they are NGK 7554.
