SPEC stage 2+ clutch issues

Hello, I had a shop install my SPEC stage 2+ clutch in my 2011 track pack, drove it just over 500 miles before driving it hard, but after hard shifts the clutch pedal feels slightly “crunchy” upon release, but it’s fine when pushing the pedal in, I also noticed sometimes it will have a hard time catching and causes the car to shake pretty hard, only occasionally out of 1st gear. and difficulties shifting through gears (only happened once),
Could it be the shop, the clutch itself, or maybe something else?

Not a fan of Spec Clutches, recently swapped to Exedy and much happier

My mechanic warned me that spec have an issue with shuttering
I have a 2+ as well and it’s been perfect, break in was very important, it might be worth having it looked at
