^^^ You may want to contact the company you bought it from (Steeda directly?). A few years ago, I ordered a Boss rear valance for my S197, and when it arrived in a Ford Racing box, it was poorly protected, and had a few visible, fairly significant scuffs on it. I contacted LMR, the company that I bought the valance from, and although I could have sent it back for a replacement part, we worked out a deal where they gave me $100 in store credit towards future a future purchase.
It may be worth a shot to get a discount on some parts for the future.
