Stealth dual crankcase breather kit

Anyone have any idea at all on what I'm talking about for both questions? Want to order a set of these but need to be sure I can downsize the intake and don't need the cap on the intake elbow that runs to the passenger side valve cover..

I have been looking on other forums and can't find out for sure if they will fit the 5.4 and I don't want to sell you something that I can't confirm will work; if you want to buy a set with the caps I can do that but please understand if they don't fit that risk is on you.

To the best of my knowledge plug and play; as long as you plug the drivers/passenger side with caps you are ok.
