Up until recently I believed my steel string Johnson acoustic was a decent guitar to play on.
Then I borrowed my friend's Alvarez classical guitar for a couple days and now I'm in love with it. It is three folds better in terms of acoustics and ergonomics. I always swore by steel strings but I realized they're not always better than its nylon counterpart.
So now I'm in the market for a new guitar. Are there other guitars that sound as good as Alvarez guitars? My budget is in the $300 range.
And how much do you think I can get for my Johnson?
