Threw a code p2004

I was at the gas station today turned my car off when I turned it back on the cel was on so had my tuner handy read the dtc p2004 intake manifold runner I cleared it drove fine I got home investigated found that the wires running close to the imr were off there "snap points" and could have possibly interfered with the runner any other ideas? Im gona get some delete plates this next week. I just don't want that bank to be stuck open, they dont seem to be sticking or anything thanks guys!

AFR's were kind of all over today too I hit 10.8 @ wot and whenever I start her shes at 17 for awhile while idling in park. I just got my new transmission in and am probably freaking out about nothing but theres a lot of guys on here that know alot more than me

Also, I cleaned my MAF and filter after this mishap. Didn't want to add to much oil the filter. I'm running a Paxton 2200 btw.
