trans noise

Two weeks ago i had a 26 spline input shaft, mccleod rxt clutch,steel flywheel, mccleod throwout bearing, installed. First off the clutch is very touchy i know it has a break in period but its really touchy, second off the trans whines not horrible but is much louder than it was. But the thing that concerns me the most is in every gear around 1500-1800 rpm the trans vibrates the whole car kinda like driving a heavy duty truck in low gear with a real heavy load the trans vibrates and kinda groans... Thats about the best way i can explain it, if anyone has had experince with this sort of thing or have had this clutch installed, or a built input shaft give me some feedback or some thoughts on this it would be appreciated, thanks
