I have a 2007 With the V6 / 4.0 Bought it used and have no clue if service has ever been done. I just had a leak in my Transmission oil cooler and replaced it my self. Now i am asking my self if I should have a transmission fluid change or flush done? What are you guys saying about it? Also what is the best fluid to use should I get it done?

Car service manual too... LOL

if you don't know the service history, then assume nothing has been done.

I’d strongly suggest a fluid and filter change, not a flush. A flush is risky. You can do multiple fluid changes over a few months if the old stuff is particularly dirty.
And I’d recommend the OEM fluid, Motorcraft MERCON V ATF, as per the owner’s manual.
Stick with OEM for everything if possible.
