Wanted: Need a professional painter

I live out in the middle of no where and the shops here are either shady or too busy to do small items. I was wondering if anyone here has a shop that would be willing to paint my SHR fuel door HP white and my radiator expansion tank CAP G9 Vista Blue. It would be nice to have no longer than a 2 week turn around time.
