What happened to the COTM feature?

We got 4 of these and then the thing disappeared. I know there are folks on here with some radical cars so why did COTM stop?

We have suggested it but Kimmer is been Very Busy. I will suggest I take it over and see what happens

It's coming back shatter, i've just been getting my ass kicked at work with crazy hours. I'm hoping things slow down a bit soon, because I know my body can't take much more.
