Cabinets get delivered tomorrow and installed on Monday. Also getting ready to buy a fridge and was gonna get some opinions on brands. I'm gonna go with a side by side instead of a French door so what are your guys opinions

I bought a bathroom, because it was cheaper than a new house.

But this thread reminds me of when my mom and I did a partial renovation of our house about 4-6 years ago. Painted/epoxied my bathroom tile and counters(pink was not a good color for a 12 year old), tore out all the carpet and did real cherry stained oak wood floors throughout the house except bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry where we did porcelain(I think) slate style tile. Then we redid the kitchen a few times; first was replacing all the appliances with stainless steel ge profile, then we changed the laminate counters, backsplash, and sink to new laminate, backsplash that matches the floors, and black granite sink, then we went all out and had real cherry wood custom cabinets installed, travertine backsplash, granite counters, and stainless under mount sink. Then we painted my bathroom a tan color, and my bedroom a goldish color(that failed). I'll get pics tomorrow

Oh and we did light fixtures, ac system, and bathroom mirrors

Now we're trying to see how much it's worth cause we estimate we have another probably $100,000+ worth of renovations and repairs

Gotta lay backer board today and then lay some tile in the kitchen. Also got a mailbox and post I've gotta put in today

grouted the bathroom and painted the walls in two of three bedrooms. slowly getting there from when we bought it last december

Replaced everything inside the tank of my toilet, now it fully flushes without having to hold it and water no longer continues to run after being flushed. Also i ran wire and installed a flood light outside. All i can say is fuck going in the attic at 3 in the afternoon, instasweat is what i call it. Certainly dont miss doing that where i was working before. All attic jobs will now be done during the colder months!!
