What kind of output configuration for Shaker 1000?

My factory Shaker 1000 is biting it (won't handle CD's properly). Looking at aftermarket stereos and wondering what I need as far as outputs. Does the Shaker 1000 use 5 outputs - 2 front, 2 rear, 1 subwoofer?

Most aftermarket radios have 3 RCA outputs. Front + Rear + Subs. If you plan on keeping the rest of the Shaker system and only changing the radio, then you will only use the Sub output and the built in amplifier from the aftermarket radio.

You will need the metra harness and a 5v regulator, so you don't get popping when turning on and off the aftermarket radio with the Shaker system.
