What rear are you guys running

Need new rear, had terminater rear, clutches fried and spyders broke.
Have 527rwhp and putting in 4:10 gears in, does get some track time, but mainly street driven. Thinking Eaton but not sure which one

Stock rear, 550-650rwhp street car with ocasional track use. That being said, if it breaks, I will put in a true trac.

Locker and won't look back.....Eventually a spool will be going in mine, but for now since I still occasionally street drive it my vote is the locker.

Eaton True Trac sitting in a box on my coffee table waiting to be installed in my Bullitt.

Trutrac as well. Just had it installed last month. Huge difference over my "one tire fire" stock setup! Summit had them at $419 when I bought mine. That's the cheapest price I could find.

I know they say don't drag race a torsen, so I have to ask,

How is the true trac on the road coarse?

I'm pretty sure I need to upgrade my diff at my power level... still running stock. :crazy:

Throw a cover, axle tube brace on it and enjoy for a while. At least until you need to replace the carbon fiber clutches. :thumb2:

I'm welding the tubes when I install my new driveshaft this week.

The car went 10.8 with the stock eaton blower and a pulley... now its running a whipple 2.9 and 20psi, which is about 200hp more than it did when it went 10.8 with a 1.56 60'.

Definitely need the girdle cover if you're launching on drag slicks or getting down below 1.9 in the 60'.
