Looking for hp guesses on my new setup. I should be getting it tuned in a couple of weeks. The parts list is as follows:

Manley pistons, about 9.1:1 compression
eagle rods stock stroke
eagle crank
39 lb injectors
dual frpp pumps
3:55 gears
stage 3 spec clutch
Spec steel flywheel
otherwise stock 5 speed
Stock block bored 30 over (I know not ideal but I'm not going over 14#)
Arp studs all around
Twin 62 tb
Kooks lts and x pipe
Techco 3L twin screw (probably 14 lbs, is what I expect)
Stock heads and cams

On 7# with 4:10s, stock motor, stock clutch, and stock exhaust it made 440whp.

I'm thinking 520 whp, but I really don't know for sure. Guesses?

You will max those injectors at around 500rwhp, you need 60s for this build. What fuel pumps?

I would guess low to mid 500's. Why not go higher with the boost? At that compression you should be able to give it 16lbs with 93 in the tank

The pumps are the gt500 dual pumps. I plan on tuning initially with the 39s. Duty cycle was always a concern so that will be closely monitored. If need be ill switch to the 60s. Ya if I upgraded the heads and cams it would help a lot but I'm sticking with stock for now.

I am going with 14 lbs because with 15 and 16 lb pulley setups many people have run into belt slip problems. The only thing past that is 18 lbs. You have to understand that im in an awkward spot should I want to change pulleys or shear the snout, which is what has happened to some trying to combat belt slip, since techco is belly up.

You will have to go with at least 60lb injectors because you will be disappointed when the duty cycle for them is 100% at 500whp like said before. Just go ahead and do yourself a favor and get 60s

Couldn't the delta pressure be increased to extend the hp range past 500?

I mean it may make past 500whp but its just stressing out those injectors. Just sell them for 150 on here and buy some 60s for 300 and you have a set of 60s for 150 pretty much.

Ok well ill keep my eyes open for some while I make my way to breaking in the engine. I'm thinking this will make 14 lbs. I'm not entirely sure since the kit isn't common. When working with the initial tune my tuner said they had to remove practically all the timing from it because it was wanting to build boost like crazy. I didnt have a gauge on it then, but I have a roush led boost gauge and vent mount on the way.

Nice man. It doesn't really matter about what psi it makes. Alot of that depends on the other mods you have. It will vary quite a bit from 2 cars with the same blower and pulley but one with full exhaust, heads, and cam car to a stock car.

I maxed my 39s at 506rwhp. Dont waste your money tuning the 39s. Trust us and get the 60s!

^ Good question. I believe they are standard size but that is a good thing to double check
