seems like it should go faster, best I've done is 11.63 @ 116 with the 3.4 pulley and the supershaker.
BUT it was also a neg. DA of about 1500

Yeah, that was a good day to run at E-town... -1700' DA.

You have some weight to that car, I have seen similiar set-ups run about the same at almost 4000 lbs.

What rpm are you going through the traps at?

Im not an auto/blower guy but 6250 seems on the low side for shifting.

It's not the gear... I'm still running 4.10s without an issue. But I'm not sure the suspension is helping you at all, and I know for a fact, the weight is a killer.

I just had my stock converter restalled by Chris @ PTC to 2500-2600 stall.
I haven't had it out to the track yet to try it out but it does feel better on the street.

Your mph gain from the 1/8th to the 1/4 is very low for a s/c'd car. Going from 92 mph to only 114 mph, something is wrong. That is only 22 mph. N/A cars do more then that. Typical for a s/c'd car is 27-28 mph increase, which would put you around 119-120 mph (where you should be).

What are your IATs? Is the tune pulling timing on the big end? Is the car just falling flat on the big end? What gas are you using?

My gear calculator is also showing with that size tire and 4.10s, your good for 122 mph at 6500 rpm.

Intake Air Temperature = the temperature of the airflow going into the engine.
