Why the Shaker 1000 breaks with photos

Well, I'm one of many that has had the cd changer break on the Shaker 1000. Opened it up and discovered poorly designed cd trays. You can see from the photo the broken piece when I opened it up. That tray was actually broke in another spot as well. Found another that was starting to crack. Not only are they too thin but they put a ejection pin point right at a spot where it's most likely to break, making that spot even weaker.

........and I'm not even an engineer and know better.

Time for a touchscreen!....lol

They probably knew better, but as long as it holds for the warranty period....they don't care. Its the owners problem after that.
