will hubcentric spacers cause my tires to rub fenders?

i currently have 17 inch bullits, and i parked my car beside a stock shelby GT with polished bullits, the space between the wheels is identical to mine because my tire height is smaller....

shelby gt is 235/50/18

mine is 235/45/17 front - 275/40/17 rear

my skirts and bumper are noticably lower.....if i put polished 18's on it and used spacers 1 inch front and back....will they rub against the fender well?

right now i have about 2 inchs maybe, it seems it may rub if i use spacers right now the way it sits....what yall think?

Probably will hit every once in awhile my nitto dr's 305/40/18 would rub the fender ocasionaly on shitty roads without any spacers.
Why are going to run spacers? unless you have to or something.
