Wipers and ac not working

My wipers stopped working they would work on high mode but not on any thing else and now they won't work at all and now my a/c stopped blowing no air at all?? I checked fuses to wipers they all were good and now I'm just stumped I need help any thing works...

i changed wiper relay and it did not fix problem either so i am running out of ideas

Check ALL of your fuses.
