Woodbine Motorsports new best with Boss Intake!!!!

Previous best was 11.67@117mph

The only changes to the car since the 11.67 were the Dynatech LT's and the Boss intake manifold.

Here is a list of all mods;

Metco LCA's with relocation brackets
UPR Panhard bar
Dynatech LT's
JLT CAI
Boss intake
Slicks and skinnies (Racestar,Hoosier)
One piece alum driveshaft
Mcleod RST clutch
Race weight of 3525 with driver.

Stock shocks/struts and 3:73 rear with truetrac.

The car pulls hard to redline of 7800 and the Boss intake performs very well.

We tested the stock airbox and the JLT today and the JLT gave us 1mph over the stocker with a drop in K&N. My 60fts got better so I cant give a proper comparison on the ET between the two CAI's.

Shifting at 7700rpms.

DA today was -209ft
DA on previous was 890ft

Converted previous 11.6 @116 is an 11.5@117.

congrats i stopped by and saw the trailer gone. had to work on my wifes car so no racing for me
ahhhhh and i missed it
-209 would have put me in the 10.60's or 10.70's easily
congrats again those damn 5.0's are just too fast
i should have built a 4 valve......

Leaving at roughly 6k

Not dumping the clutch really, its more of a quick release.

The car ran 6 times today and performed very well.

Nice run i have full bolt ons mt drag radial 275/60/15 leaving at 5000 kind of dumping cant get better then 1.70 it went 11:57@120 i.i was curios about that boss intake its deffently worth it?

Didnt get a chance to put it on the dyno with the stock CAI. I will try to do that this week.

Boss intake is totally worth it.

I've been saying since we first installed it and I drove the car that it would make the car faster and it sure does. We will also be adding 3:90 gears to bring the revs up a tad more. Its trapping at 7400rpms and I would like to see 7700 thru the traps.

I picked up .5 so I would say the exhaust gave me 1/2 of that and the intake the other 1/2.
